KARIMNAGAR, JULY 25, 2025: To foster patriotism and public awareness of India’s military operations against terrorism, the NCC 9 Telangana Battalion made a PowerPoint presentation on ‘Operation Sindoor’ at SRR Government Arts and Science College in Karimnagar town on Friday.
The idea behind the presentation was to educate and motivate the young NCC cadets. The presentation was conducted by Lt Col and 9 Battalion commanding officer AK Jayanta. The programme was attended by Col Upendra Verma, OC ECHS, Karimnagar, Prof K Ramakrishna, Principal, SRR Arts & Science College, 4 ANOs, 7 PLS and 204 cadets.
The presentation covered various aspects of why, when and how the Operation Sinddor was conducted by the Indian Armed Forces under the stewardship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The presentation captivated the audience as it covered the historical background of nuances of terrorist’s attacks on innocent civilians for the past five decades. The graphical and video clippings of target engagement left the cadets awestruck. The officers conducting the presentation also informed the cadets about the differences in engagement of targets by Indian forces and that by Pakistan Army backed terrorist organisation. The presentation was very well received by the audience. It was followed by a short motivational lecture by Col Upendra Verma.
