HANAMKONDA, JANUARY 08, 2026: A one-week Employability Skills Training Programme for final-year students concluded successfully on Thursday at Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanumakonda. The programme was presided over by K. Rajani Latha, who emphasised discipline, confidence, and continuous upskilling as the foundation for long-term career success. She urged students to take responsibility for their growth and convert skills into consistent performance.
Addressing the students, TSKC Coordinator & Placement Officer A. Anil Kumar highlighted that interview skills, effective communication, and a strong resume are essential to secure employment. He also stressed the importance of global certifications and internships in improving employability.
The programme was attended by Vice Principal Rajashekar, Srinath, Narahari, Sammaiah, Srikanth, Sravana Kumari, Sagar, Magic Bus Foundation representatives Rakesh and Nandeeshwar, and trainer Arun. The training programme equipped students with practical, job-ready skills aligned with current industry expectations.
