NEW DELHI, FEBRUARY 27, 2026: A high-level meeting on the “Seva Sankalp Resolution” was convened at the Conference Hall of the National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT), Hauz Khas, New Delhi, under the chairpersonship of Minu Shukla Pathak, Secretary. The deliberations centred on reinforcing citizen-centric governance and aligning institutional efforts with the broader national vision of Viksit Bharat. The resolution draws inspiration from the historic Union Cabinet meeting held at Seva Teerth under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, reflecting a renewed emphasis on service-oriented administration.
During the session, the Ministry reiterated its commitment to promoting cooperative-led inclusive growth, transparent systems, and accountable governance practices. Addressing officers and staff, the Secretary, NCCT, emphasised that governance must transcend procedural functioning and evolve into a purposeful instrument of public service. She underlined the importance of empathy, efficiency, integrity, and responsiveness in strengthening grassroots institutions and enhancing public trust.

The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to align NCCT’s training architecture, policy initiatives, and institutional reforms with the guiding principles of Seva (service), Sankalp (commitment), and Samriddhi (prosperity). It reaffirmed NCCT’s role in nurturing capacity, strengthening cooperative frameworks, and contributing meaningfully to participatory and sustainable national development.
