MANTHANI, AUGUST 01, 2025: NABARD Assistant Manager Salman Khan has visited Arinda village of Manthani in Peddapalli district to inspect the ongoing watershed programmes in the villager on Friday.
Mr Salman Khan, who came from NABARD Regional Office, Hyderabad, to conduct the project completion report PCR visit to Arinda village, was informed about the programmes implemented by the weather forecasting scheme to the farmers during these three years. Verification of canopy vegetable cultivation, drips and Agritool Bank farm funds, sprinklers and account books was done.
Integrated Farming System, integrated farming methods, zero budget natural farming and VWC were discussed with them in the VWC committee meeting. They benefited from NABARD and doubled their income. VWC committee chairman Srinivas Reddy said that the farmers have benefited financially through this programme. Jan Vikas Rural Development Organization Secretary Pendli Sampath Kumar, Jan Vikas Coordinator Pesari Raju and Training Coordinator Manisha, VWC committee members, etc. participated in this programme.
