
KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 13, 2025: In a landmark initiative to strengthen Urdu medium education, Mustaq Ali (President, Laksh Foundation), along with Peer Shabbir Sahab, Sarvar Shah Biyabani, Prabhakar, Ramesh, SUTA representatives, intellectuals, Headmaster Mutharuddin and his team, NGO representatives, Ali Co-Corporator, and Arif Ex-Corporator, inaugurated the new premises of Government Primary Urdu Medium School, Khanpura, Karimnagar town on Saturday.
The school, which was earlier functioning in a single orphaned room in spite of having 88 students strength, has now been shifted to a spacious, student-friendly environment, ensuring a brighter future for its children.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Mustaq Ali reaffirmed his commitment: “The basic rights of children can never be compromised. Their right to education will always remain our top priority.”
To ensure uninterrupted operations, Laksh Foundation paid one year’s rent of ₹1,50,000 in advance to the private building owner. Mr Ali also raised critical educational issues and proposed solutions:
De-reservation in DSC and immediate filling of Urdu medium teacher vacancies,
Upgradation of facilities in government schools,
A vision to make Urdu medium schools competitive and future-ready.
Extending Laksh Foundation’s mission into healthcare, he announced a new initiative launching next month:
- ₹50 OP consultations, and
- Comprehensive medical sample tests at just ₹299, as a social cause for affordable healthcare.
The programme concluded with a collective pledge by the community, educators, and Laksh Foundation to work relentlessly for the revival of government Urdu medium schools and to provide sustainable support in education and healthcare for marginalized communities.
