RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, OCTOBER 18, 2024: The Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank Avunoor branch in Mustabad mandal of Rajanna-Sircilla district has settled a claim under Pradhan Manthri Suraksha Bheema Yojana (PMSBY).
NAFSCOB and Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank Chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao handed over a Rs 2 lakh Pradhan Manthri Suraksha Bheema Yojana (PMSBY) cheque to a nominee of a customer who died in an accident in the DCCB Avunoor branch on Friday.
Bank account holder Yapakayala Mallesh from Ramreddy village in the mandal died in an accident. As he was covered in the accidental insurance policy of PMSBY, the nominee was handed over Rs 2 lakh cheque. On this occasion, Mr Ravinder Rao appealed to the customers to maintain sufficient balance in their accounts, those who opted for the insurance facility of PMJBY and PMSBY. He also informed the customers to opt for the insurance policy of very low premium amount. Branch manager Sk Shainuddin and others were also present.
