
HANAMKONDA, DECEMBER 29, 2025: A week-long employability skills training programme commenced at Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanumakonda, on Monday, organised by the TSKC and Placement Cell in collaboration with Magic Bus Foundation.
Presiding over the programme, Professor G. Srinivas, Principal, highlighted that employability skills are no longer optional. He stressed that communication, adaptability, discipline, and a positive work attitude are critical for career success. He urged students to take the training seriously and apply their learning to improve job readiness.
Addressing the gathering, A. Anil Kumar, Coordinator, TSKC and Placement Officer, emphasised the importance of soft skills, effective communication, and digital skills in securing employment. He stated that the training would significantly enhance students’ confidence and employability.
Vice Principals Rajani Latha and Rajashekar, IQAC Coordinator, Srinath, Chinna, Magic Bus Foundation representatives Rakesh, Arun, Nandeeshwar, Pranay, and mentor Sagar participated in the programme.
