HYDERABAD, MARCH 06, 2026: The Bhumi Pooja ceremony (Shankusthapana) for the construction of the ISKCON Cyberabad Temple is scheduled to take place on Sunday, the 8th of this month, as announced by Sri Ramadas, President of ISKCON Cyberabad Temple.
A press conference was held at Somaiguda Press Club on Friday, where Sri Ramadas stated that the temple will be built adjacent to Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple in Nallagandla-Gopanpalli, Hyderabad. The temple will serve as a cultural centre, promoting Vedic heritage and benefiting the community. A mega annadana (free meal distribution) kitchen will provide meals to those in need.
The temple will offer value-based education and skill development courses for youth, cow protection and conservation at the goshala, spiritual guidance, and family counselling based on Vedic principles. The temple will be a sacred place, providing spiritual upliftment and a higher purpose in life.
The temple complex will feature Sri Sri Radha Krishna and Astasakhi shrines, serving as a centre for devotion and spiritual growth. The ceremony will be attended by esteemed guests, including Ministers, Parliament Members, and other dignitaries, such as Konda Surekha (Endowments & Forests Minister), Duddilla Sridhar Babu (IT Minister), Konda Vishweshwar Reddy (Parliament Member), Arekapudi Gandhi (MLA – Serilingampalli Constituency), and Gangadhar (Gachibowli Division Corporator).
ISKCON invites everyone to participate in this auspicious event and experience the spiritual energy of the temple. The event will be graced by ISKCON representatives, government officials, police officers, and devotees.
The press conference was attended by ISKCON representatives Siddabalram Das, Venkata Das, Krishna Smaran Das, and ISKCON members Goparaju Srinivas, Aravind, Siddesh, and Devisetty Srinivas.
