PEDDAPALLI, FEBRUARY 21, 2026: The Government Degree College, Peddapalli, located at Pedda Kalwala, in association with the Telugu department, has celebrated the International Mother Language day on the college premises on Saturday
On this occasion, College principal K Laxminarasaiah emphasised the significance of the mother language and motivated the students to devote themselves fully to its growth and enrichment. He also added that only those cultures survive that are rooted in and stay connected with the mother language.
He also informed the students to love their mother language as they love their mother. Vice Principal A Satish Kumar, faculty members G Purushotham, A Narayana. B Murali, Anjaiah, non-teaching staff and students participated.
