KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 25, 2026: The four-day iLEAP (Integrated learning and Examination Advancement Programme)– Grassroots Youth Innovation Programme, organised by the Women Empowerment Cell in collaboration with WE Hub, was inaugurated at S.R.R. Government Autonomous Degree College in Karimnagar town on Wednesday. The programme aims to equip students with essential employability skills such as communication, digital literacy, and financial awareness, resume preparation, and interview techniques to make them career-ready.
Addressing the gathering, Vice Principal Nithin stated that such training programmes help students acquire professional skills along with academic knowledge and prepare them to face real-world career challenges. Mr. Rajaiah emphasised that the iLEAP program plays a key role in developing confidence, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities among students.

Staff Club Secretary M. Srinivas Reddy remarked that these initiatives not only contribute to the overall personality development of students but also create a positive academic environment in the institution. He encouraged the students to make the best use of the opportunity by developing discipline, teamwork, and time management skills to achieve success in their careers.

WEC Coordinator M. Archana explained the objectives of the program and said that the four-day sessions would provide hands-on training under expert mentorship along with assignments and professional profile development. Project Manager Mr. G. Shivakumar noted that the programme is designed to enhance innovation, team spirit, and job-oriented skills among students. Project Associate K. Sowmya highlighted that the leaderboard system would recognize and encourage student performance and active participation. Soft Skill Trainer Suhitha informed that training would be given in communication skills, resume building, interview techniques, and professional etiquette.
Through this program, students will gain career-ready skills and will be guided towards better internship and placement opportunities in the future. Kiranmai, Ch. Praveena, Rajasri, M. Shireesha, and Narmada were also present on the occasion.
