KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 17, 2026: The ICT Academy –Cognizant Foundation “Tech4All’ Phase II CSR training programme on Data Analytics was formally inaugurated at Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Sciences (JITS) in Karimnagar town on Tuesday.

This initiative represents a significant step toward empowering girl students through comprehensive industry-oriented technical and professional skills training and enhanced career opportunities. The initiative reflects the institution’s continued commitment to academic excellence, skill development, and inclusive growth.
The Centre of Excellence, established under the “Tech4All” initiative, is designed to train 65 women students in Advanced IT Skills and Professional Soft Skills. The programme is fully sponsored by Cognizant Foundation and implemented by ICT Academy, ensuring high-quality training aligned with global industry standards.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Mr. Bura Dinesh, Project Coordinator – ICT Academy Telangana, and Mr. Mukunder Nandyala, Relationship Manager – ICT Academy Hyderabad, along with the Principal, Head of the Department, and the SPOC Coordinator.
The Tech4All Phase II programme comprises 120 hours of intensive training, including 100 hours of core technical instruction in Data Analytics and 20 hours of professional soft skills development. The curriculum is structured to meet global industry standards and provides joint certification from Cognizant Foundation and ICT Academy upon successful completion. Placement support will also be extended to eligible participants.

The training sessions will be conducted by Mr. V. G. Krishna, an accomplished trainer with over 10 years of experience in leadership development and team facilitation. He has designed and delivered transformative leadership programs and is recognised for his interactive and engaging training methodology, which fosters confidence, innovation, and professional growth among participants.
The successful organisation and implementation of the ICT Academy – Cognizant Foundation “Tech4All” Phase II CSR Training Program was made possible through the dedicated efforts and active involvement of Chairman Juvvadi Sagar Rao, Secretary J. Summith Sai, Principal T. Anil Kumar, Dean Academics and Audit P. K. Vaishali, Head of the Department M. Ravindar, and G. Sindhusha, SPOC of the programme and Assistant Professor, CSE. Their continuous guidance, coordination, and commitment played a pivotal role in the effective planning, execution, and overall success of this initiative.
