
KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 13, 2025: Vivekananda Residential School (CBSE) Karimnagar, Telangana, celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm and cultural vibrancy. The event highlighted the richness of the Hindi language and literature through a series of engaging performances by the students on Saturday.
The celebrations began with melodious songs and graceful dance performances showcasing the beauty of Hindi. A special attraction of the program was the children dressed as great poets and writers such as Kabir Das, Surdas, Subhadra Kumari Chauhan, Meerabai, and Tulsidas, who recited verses and brought the timeless literary icons to life on stage.
Adding a creative touch, the students presented a skit on Hindi grammar, blending humour with learning, which was widely appreciated by the audience for its simplicity and effectiveness.
On the occasion, Principal Renuka Balivada addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of Hindi as a unifying language that connects people across India. Advisor to the Managing Committee, Gandra Laxman Rao, commended the students for their enthusiastic participation and applauded the teachers for guiding them. Chairman, Dr. Sudhakar Rao Polasani, and Director (Academics), Dr. T. Lalitha Kumari, also extended their warm greetings and best wishes to the students, encouraging them to continue respecting and promoting the national language.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving the audience inspired and filled with pride for Hindi. The celebration truly reflected the spirit of national unity and cultural heritage.
