
HYDERABAD, SEPTEMBER 09, 2025: Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women organised an Internal Hackathon Competition on Tuesday to select teams for the upcoming Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with 80-plus teams presenting 100-plus innovative ideas across various problem statements. The competition was coordinated by Samit Kumar Singh with active involvement from jury members of all departments and department coordinators, who evaluated the projects and guided the students.
The shortlisted teams will represent the college in the national-level SIH 2025, a flagship initiative of the Government of India that provides a platform for students to address real-world challenges using technology and innovation.
Principal G Shyama Chandra Prasad, Vice Principal G. Dayakar Reddy, and the college management congratulated and thanked the students, jury members, and coordinators for their creativity, teamwork, and contribution, emphasising that such events foster innovation, collaboration, and practical learning.
