
AHMEDABAD (GUJARAT) SEPTEMBER 11, 2025: Mr Adlagatta Gangadhar, a government school teacher from Telangana, who has pioneered innovative teaching methods and made remarkable efforts to simplify mathematics, has received a rare national honour. He was recognised at the prestigious Indian School Awards ceremony held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The awards ceremony, organised by Robo School Champs Future Technologies, took place at the ITC Hotel under the chairmanship of the company’s President and Director, Akshay Ahuja. On this occasion, Gangadhar spoke in detail about his innovative teaching methods. In particular, his self-developed ‘Anguliya Abacus 2.0′ method has created a new wave in abacus speed calculations. This method allows thousands of students to perform very fast calculations without the help of a calculator. Furthermore, he easily teaches multiplication tables from 1 to 100 using just ten fingers.
Gangadhar’s teaching methods are completely eliminating the fear of mathematics among students while also helping them achieve excellent results. This award was presented to him in recognition of his outstanding work at the event held on September 10, coinciding with National Teachers’ Day. This honour is a matter of great pride not only for him but also for Telangana’s education sector.
