KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 23, 2025: A cultural function, ‘Degree Diaries’ was held at Government Degree College for Women (autonomous), Karimnagar, on Saturday, by the seniors to welcome the juniors (first year students).
College Principal D Varlakshmi participated as the chief guest and inaugurated the celebrations by lighting the traditional lamp. Speaking on the occasion, the Principal informed the students to utilise the opportunities and progress in their careers.
Congratulating the students for securing admission into the college through DOST, she informed the students to participate in sports, NSS and NCC activities for their allround development. Controller of Examinations G Srinivas, Vice principal JV Raji Reddy and Afsar Osmani, additional controller of examinations B Rajani Devi, K Satish Kumar, Academic coordinators N Manoj Kumar, CH Vidya,IQAC coordinator M Kalpana, Student advisory committee coordinator A Anantha Lakshmi, faculty members and others were also present.
