
RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, NOVEMBER 27, 2025: In a significant political development, former Congress Sarpanches from two major villages of Kathalapur Mandal—Tandriyala and Gambhirpur—joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday. Tandriyala’s former Sarpanch and Congress leader Gadeela Ganga Prasad, along with Gambhirpur’s former Sarpanch Guntuka Manohar, formally joined the party in the presence of Vemulawada Constituency In-Charge Dr Chennamaneni Vikas.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Vikas stated that people now believe that true development in villages is possible only under the BJP’s leadership. He appealed to the public to support and elect BJP-backed Sarpanch candidates to strengthen the party and accelerate village development.
The programme was attended by Mandal President Malyala Maruthi, District Vice President Rachamadugu Venkateshwar Rao, Kisan Morcha District President Kodipelli Gopal Reddy, senior leaders Badri Satyam, Anand Reddy, Jellander, Srinu, Tirupati, Ganga Mallayya, Rajesh, Lingamurthy, Saireddy, along with several BJP leaders and party activists.
