KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 15, 2025: As part of the 79th Independence Day celebrations of India, the students of Achievers Active High School, Kothi Rampur, Karimnagar town, organised a flash mob during their Prabhath bheri programme to promote patriotic fervour in Karimnagar town on Friday.
Students captivated the passersby with their performance by dancing to the patriotic songs and forming pyramids and raising slogans hailing ‘Bharath Mata ki Jai’, Jai Jawan and Jai Kisan etc,
Later, School principal Ch Pallavi lit the lamp and Director Ch Venkateshwarlu unfurled the flag. As part of the cultural programs that followed, the students entertained the students with their dances and songs to promote patriotism. The dances performed in memory of the services and sacrifices of the soldiers were very impressive.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Venkateshwarlu said that we gained independence as a result of the sacrifices of many freedom fighters, and that we should protect our freedom and not forget those sacrifices. The principal spoke and explained the main purpose of the Independence Day celebration. The school staff, students and parents participated in large numbers and made the programme a grand success.
