Around 10 tonnes of flowers to glorify the 10-day fete

TIRUPATI, FEBRUARY 09, 2026: The electrical illuminations and floral decorations by TTD as part of the annual Brahmotsavams at Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy in Srinivasa Mangapuram are captivating the devotees with the innovative mythological concepts.
The electrical decorations set up in and around Srinivasa Mangapuram, along national highways, and at major intersections are enchanting the devotees and enhancing the grandeur of the Brahmotsavams.
As part of the Brahmotsavams, more than 75 magnificent illumination boards, ranging from small to large sizes, have been installed.
The electrical decorations depicting Lord Vishnu on Garuda, Goddess Lakshmi, Venkateswara Swamy adorned with ornaments, Ganesha, Lakshmi, Gajavahanam (elephant vehicle), Lord Vishnu on Adishesha, the Dashavatara (ten incarnations of Vishnu), Ashtalakshmi (eight forms of Goddess Lakshmi), and other forms, installed in the four main streets, stood as a special attraction.
Besides, the Varaha Avatara, decorative arches, Abhaya Mudra, Vajra Kireetam, Kati Hasta, are attracting the devotees to a great extent.
LED-lit arches have been installed along the Cherlopalli–Srinivasa Mangapuram, Chandragiri–Kaloor routes, and national highways. Pudipattla junction, the areas surrounding Srinivasa Mangapuram–Tirupati, the temple tank, inside and outside the temple, the four main streets, the car parking area, Srinivasa Mangapuram–Narsingapuram junction, Chandragiri bus stand, Srinivasa Mangapuram railway gate, and other areas are glittering like silver at night, adding a special splendour to the Brahmotsavams.

Three months before the Brahmotsavams, officials and staff of the TTD Electrical Department undertook and successfully completed the arrangements for the electrical decorations.
The dazzling lights throughout Srinivasa Mangapuram are captivating the hearts of the devotees.
Mesmerizing Floral Decorations
For the nine days of the Brahmotsavams at the Srinivasa Mangapuram temple, approximately 10 tons of flowers will be used for decoration.
This includes traditional flowers as well as exotic blossoms.
The welcome arches made with various types of flowers in front of the temple, and the floral boards depicting the forms of the deities, are particularly captivating the devotees.
With the combination of electric lights and floral decorations, the surroundings of the Srinivasa Mangapuram temple are glowing with divine radiance.
