KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 27, 2025: Kannam Harini, daughter of government teachers Kannam Ramesh and Kala Prapurnna Jyothi, has cracked the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC) Group-I by securing the state’s first rank in the SC category and 55th rank in the general category by securing the Deputy Collector post.
She received the appointment orders from Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at a programme held at Shilpa Kala Vedika, Hi-Tech City in Hyderabad on Saturday night. She has a sister Dr Akhila, who is pursuing medicine third year and a younger brother, Balaji, studying BBA. She is native of Ananthapalli village of Boinpalli mandal in Rajanna-Sircilla district and resides in Vidyanagar of Karimnagar town.
On this occasion, Harini said that she would strive to implement the government-introduced schemes successfully and ensure the benefits reach the beneficiaries. The teacher couple expressed happiness as their daughter secured an appointment as Deputy Collector three days before the Girl Child Day celebrations.
