KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 07, 2026: In a noble gesture, an RTC contract Driver has taken up the repair of the potholed and battered roads between Obulapur and Muskupally, covering a distance of two kilometres in Ellanthakunta mandal of Rajanna-Sircilla district.
RTC contract diver Musku Ramesh, after seeing the damaged road with several potholes, had filled the potholes with gravel by deploying seven tractors and front blade JCBs, levelled the road and ensured that the road became comfortable for the road-users and made it motorable.
The RTC contractor driver has spent his own amount to repair the road covering a distance of two kilometres and won accolades in the mandal. When the authorities failed to discharge their duties, a contract RTC driver fulfilled the duty by taking up repairs to the damaged roads and benefitting the people.
