
KARIMNAGAR, JULY 03, 2025: Congress party Karimnagar Parliament Constituency in-charge Velichala Rajendar Rao has urged Collector Pamela Satpathy to expedite the process of construction of ROB at Karimnagar railway station connecting Karimnagar with Theegalaguttapali.
Mr Rajender Rao, along with former Municipal corporators, met the Collector in her chambers on the premises of the Collectorate in Karimnagar town on Thursday. On this occasion, Mr Rao felicitated the Collector by presenting her with a shawl.
Informing about the prevailing problems in Karimnagar town, the Congress leader urged the Collector to take appropriate measures for the benefit of the people of Karimnagar town. Stating that the dump yard in Karimnagar town had become a menace, he urged the Collector to take measures for the shifting of the dump yard. He recollected that Karimnagar district resident and Madhya Pradesh state Public Health Secretary Pariipandla Narahari has taken several measures for keeping Indore clean and tidy.
Appealing to the Collector to conduct a seminar on the removal of dump yard in Karimnagar town, he exuded with confidence that Madhya Pradesh IAS officer Narahari would definitely attend the conference and give concrete solutions. Stating that the LMD reservoir was having adequate water, he informed the Collector take measures to provide a proper water supply to the people of Karimnagar town. He also informed the Collector to take measures for replacing burnt street lights with new ones immediately. He also urged the Collector to measures to check of spread of diseases during this rainy season by taking anti-larval and fogging operations.
Expressing concern over the slow progress of ROB works at Karimnagar Railway station, he stated the patients were suffering due to the delay in the execution of ROB. He also informed to resolve the MCK issues including electricity, sanitation and other developmental works.
Congratulating the Collector for undergoing surgery treatment in the government hospital, Mr Rajender Rao informed her to encourage to people to visit the government hospitals for treatments. Congress leader Mallijkarjun Rajender, Arsha Mallesham, Vaidyula Anjan Kumar, Akula Narsanna, Bhuma Goud, Katla Satish, P Bhumaiah and others were also present.
