
KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 11, 2025: An awareness seminar on career guidance and counselling for final-year degree students was organised at Vivekananda Degree and PG College jointly with Dhruva College of Management, Hyderabad, on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, guest speaker Venkat Vavilala said that counselling sessions bridge the gap between classroom learning and workplace requirements by aligning students with real-world expectations, skill demands, and emerging trends, thereby serving as a link between academia and industry.
Ranga Reddy, Regional General Manager, stated that career guidance provides clarity about various educational and professional pathways and helps students choose courses and careers according to their interests and strengths.
On this occasion, College Principal Ch Srinivas highlighted that in today’s competitive world, students must enhance awareness of innovations, deepen subject knowledge, and develop skills to enjoy a successful and fulfilling life.
