
HYDERABAD, DECEMBER 16, 2025: Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India, in collaboration with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), is offering free skill development courses in the telecom sector for ITI-completed candidates and Diploma final-year students.
The courses offered include Wireless Technician, Broadband Technician, Optical Fibre Technician, and Optical Fibre Splicer. These industry-oriented programmes are designed to enhance employability by providing practical, hands-on training aligned with current telecom industry requirements, along with job placement assistance.
The training will be conducted by the Regional Telecom Training Centre (RTTC), BSNL, at its campus in Erragadda, Metro pillar No 977, Hyderabad, scheduled to start from 22.12.2025.
The seats for these courses are very limited and will be allotted in first come first serve basis , hence all the interested candidates should register for the same courses in person at RTTC office on 19.12.2025 ( 10.30 AM to 12.30 AM) by producing Aadhar card, PAN, qualification certificates, bank pass book and a passport size photo.
The courses are completely free of cost and are open to unemployed youth above 18 years, particularly ITI pass-outs and Diploma final-year students who aspire to build a career in the telecom and networking domain.
