KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 14, 2025: The United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) Karimnagar Chapter staged a lunch-hour demonstration in front of the Union Bank of India Regional Office in Karimnagar town on Friday demanding the government to introduce five-day workweek and other demands.
Karimnagar district Bank employees coordination committee secretary Damodar, president Nikhil, leaders Harikrishna, Mahender, Rakesh, Sai Kumar, Sharath, Bheemla, Sandeep and others participated in the programme.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr Damodar said that the bank employees have called for a nationwide strike on March 24 and 25 demanding government to fulfill their legitimate demands.
