GODAVARIKHANI, DECEMBER 06, 2025: NCC cadets of Sacred Heart High School, Godavarikhani, Peddapalli district, celebrated Armed Forces Flag Day on Saturday. This day has been celebrated since 1949 to honour men and women in uniform who valiantly fought and continue to fight to safeguard the country.
The school celebrated Armed Forces Flag Day. Vibrant shades of patriotism were exhibited by the NCC cadets through cultural programmes. School Principal Sister Arogya Mary inspired students to imbibe the spirit of dedication, commitment and integrity for their soldiers and sovereign nation. She also expressed her heartfelt gratitude and tributes to those who remained undeterred while laying down their lives for the sake of the nation. NCC First Officer PD Jyothsna and others were also present.
