
KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 11, 2025: To mark the National Deworming Day, the Alphores Educational Institutions organised a programme to administer Albendazole tablets to students at Alphores Tiny Tots School in Vavilalapalli, Karimnagar town, on Monday.
Alphores Educational Institutions chairman V Narender Reddy administered the Albendazole tablets to the students. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Reddy said that: “Due to worms in the stomach, 50 per cent of children fall prey to the deficiency of blood, and as a result, they lag in academics, sports and other extracurricular activities. National Deworming Day is aimed at administering Albendazole tablets to children to destroy worms in the stomach. For holistic growth, these tablets are a must for children.”
He said: “Albendazole tablets are given to children aged between 1-19 years of age. He said: “The albendazole tablet kills worms inside the stomach of children. It also helps treat malnutrition and irritability in children and enhances their memory. These tablets are safe with no side effects.”
