CMD N Balram at the Inauguration of “Chemata Chukkalaku Tarfidu” Programme

KOTHAGUDEM, NOVEMBER 30, 2025: Singareni CMD N. Balram stated that Singareni is making continuous efforts to shape educated youth from the Singareni region to compete at national and international levels. To create awareness on educational and employment opportunities in India and abroad, and to inspire youth through motivational messages from eminent personalities to aim for higher goals, an innovative program titled “Chemata Chukkalaku Tarfidu” has been launched.
He explained that this program is being implemented across Singareni as per the directions of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu. Speaking as the chief guest at the awareness program held on Sunday at the RCOA Club, Rudrampur, in Kothagudem Area, he said that apart from providing employment opportunities through job fairs, this program will bring subject experts closer to talented youth to offer proper guidance and awareness.
Participating in the programme, Artificial Intelligence expert and Cloud Sales CEO Palle Srinivas stated that this initiative taken up under Singareni’s leadership is truly innovative. He said there are numerous opportunities to prove our capabilities at both national and international levels. He proudly mentioned that he is the son of a retired Singareni employee and is currently running a company with operations in London as well. He delivered an inspiring message stating that adding skills to hard work makes it possible to achieve one’s goals. He expressed gratitude to the Singareni management for organizing such a valuable program.
On this occasion, Director (Operations) L. V. Suryanarayana and Director (E&M) M. Tirumala Rao addressed the gathering as special guests. From the recognised representative unions and officers’ associations, Vasireddy Seetaramayya, Thyagarajan, and Narasimha Rao participated.
The programme was presided over by Kothagudem Area General Manager Shalem Raju, who delivered the inaugural address. Also present were GM (Personnel) G. V. Kiran Kumar, SOT GM G. V.
