HYDERABAD, DECEMBER 01, 2025: Film actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru tied the knot at the Linga Bhairavi temple inside the Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, on Monday.
Around 30 guests attended, and Samantha wore a red saree for the ceremony. With the couple choosing the Linga Bhairavi shrine, the wedding has brought fresh attention to a lesser-known Isha ritual, Bootha Siddhi Vivaha. Linga Bhairavi Vivaha: This is a Devi-oriented marriage process at the Isha Yoga Centre.
It’s said to bring well-being, emotional balance and a sense of auspiciousness to the couple’s life. The ceremony includes offerings, chants and consecrated elements to align the couple with the energies of Devi. The opportunity to conduct their wedding rituals or renew their vows in Devi’s presence, either at a Linga Bhairavi abode or a location of their choice.
It may be mentioned here that Samantha and Raj remained mum about their relationship status; there was speculation that they were dating in early 2024. Many were confused because Raj had never announced his separation from his first wife, Shhyamali De, while Samantha had a public divorce from Naga Chaitanya in 2021. The couple soon began being spotted together in public at events, and there were also rumours of them moving in together, though Samantha’s team had denied the news back then.
