Hard Work and High Goals — Tools for Employment Success
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 13, 2025: The valedictory function of the 30-day UNNATI Employability Skill Development Programme (held from August 13, 2025, to October 13, 2025) was organised under the auspices of TSKC at Sri Raja Rajeshwara Government Arts & Science College (Autonomous), Karimnagar, with the generous support of Infosys Foundation, Bengaluru.
Presiding over the event, College Principal Prof. Kalvakunta Ramakrishna stated that students who set high goals and move forward with discipline and hard work will definitely achieve success in life. He expressed his happiness that such a valuable program was organised at the college through the courtesy of Infosys and conveyed his gratitude to them. He also congratulated the students who completed the training.
A total of 32 students participated in this program. Mr S. Praveen Kumar, the UNNATI Program Trainer, explained that the training mainly focused on topics such as Communication Skills, Resume Preparation, Interview Skills, Time and Stress Management, Development of Attitude, Dignity and Self-Confidence, Life Skills, and Goal Setting.
The event was attended by IQAC Coordinator Harjot Kaur, who focused on SWOT analysis, which will help not only their career but also help in all-around personality development, and TSKC Coordinator B. Satheesh Kumar spoke on various upcoming programs under TSKC. Teaching and non-teaching staff were also present.
