During the meeting, the Additional EO instructed the Engineering and Health officials of TTD to extend full cooperation to IOCL and ensure that the Biogas Plant is completed swiftly and commissioned by January 2026.
He directed the officials to complete the pipeline works at the earliest and take immediate measures to provide the required permanent power connection to the plant.
