
The TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary held a review meeting on SRIVANI darshan at Gokulam conference hall in Tirumala on Wednesday.
Highlights of the meeting:
– Under the current system, it’s taking about three days for SRIVANI devotees
– For their convenience, TTD will implement a pilot scheme of issuing tickets and providing darshan on the same day from August 01 to 15.
– In Tirumala, tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis from 10 am onwards
– Reporting time for Srivani devotees who have obtained tickets at Vaikuntam Queue Complex-1 in Tirumala is at 4.30 pm on the same day.
– Darshan tickets will be issued from 7 am onwards at Renigunta Airport as per quota.
– As usual, 800 tickets will be issued offline in Tirumala, and 200 tickets will be issued at Renigunta Airport.
– Devotees who have already obtained Srivani tickets online through booking till October 31st will be allowed to have darshan at 10 am as usual.
– Devotees who have obtained Srivani tickets offline and online from November 1st onwards will be allowed to have darshan at 4:30 pm through Vaikuntam Queue Complex 1.
– Devotees are requested to reach the SRIVANI ticket issuing point in Tirumala only at 10 am to avoid any inconvenience
– With this new system, devotees will be able to have a quick darshan, that is, on the same day of their arrival itself.
TTD Deputy EOs Lokanatham, Venkataiah, Transport and IT GM Sesha Reddy, VGOs Ram Kumar, Surendra, IT Deputy GM Venkateswarlu Naidu and other officials participated in this meeting.
