JAGTIAL, MARCH 07, 2025: The Ancient and historic Sri Anjaneya Swamy devasthanam in Kondagattu of Jagtial district is being spruced up for the annual Pavithrotsavam special puja rituals, which will be conducted from March 10 to 12, 2025.
The celebrations will begin with Ankurarpana on March 9 evening with the visveshkshna aradhana, punyahvachanam, akanda deepa stapana and other rituals.
On March 10, the temple priests will conduct Tirumanjanam at 3 am and other rituals. In the evening, the priests would participate in the Sri Vishna sahasra parayanam, Hanuman chalisa and other puja rituals.
Similarly, the priests will also conduct several special puja rituals on March 11 and 12.
The temple authorities have started the sprucing up of the temple shrine by erecting temporary shelters and decorating the homam places.
