TIRUMALA, MARCH 25, 2026: The newly constructed Simha Nilayam Rest House, built by Celkon Impex Private Limited near the Additional EO’s Office in Tirumala, was inaugurated on Wednesday morning by TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra along with Additional Executive Officer Ch.Venkaiah Chowdary.
Speaking on the occasion, the Additional EO stated that the Rest house was constructed and handed over to TTD by Celkon under the new Cottage Donation Policy.
He informed that permission has been granted to construct around 24 Rest houses through donors under this policy, of which 16 have already been completed and handed over to TTD.
”This initiative is expected to make approximately 200 additional rooms available for devotees”, he added.

He further stated that steps are being taken to modernise Pilgrim Amenities Complex-1 with state-of-the-art facilities.
”Efforts are also underway to provide improved infrastructure and amenities to devotees from all sections in Tirumala in the coming days”, he maintained.
Dy EO Bhaskar, Celkon CMD Guruswamy Naidu, and other officials were present on the occasion.
