JAGTIAL, FEBRUARY 24, 2026: VV Laxminarayana, popularly known as JD Laxminarayana, a retired 1990 batch IPS officer of Maharashtra cadre, who gained popularity for leading high-profile corruptions as the Central Bureau of Investigation Joint Director, has offered special prayers at Sri Anjaneya Swamy devasthanam in Kondagattu in Jagtial district on Tuesday.
The temple authorities had accorded a tradition to the senior IPS officer. The temple authorities had presented him with prasadam, a portrait and an ashirvachanam. He also interacted with the devotees who visited the shrine.
