As per the directions of Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu, who emphasised the need for continuous improvement based on devotees’ feedback across the temples in the state, TTD has been collecting opinions regularly through various survey platforms that include IVRS, WhatsApp, and Srivari Sevaks from the past almost one year.

Feedback collection through Srivari Sevaks
In Tirumala and Tirupati, Srivari Sevaks are directly collecting feedback from devotees regarding the facilities and services provided by TTD by interacting with them
They hand out questionnaires where devotees can write their responses and share their opinions.
This method aims to gather direct on-ground experiences from devotees to improve TTD services.
Through Dial-Your-EO
On the first Friday of every month, TTD organises the Dial Your EO program. The TTD Executive Officer personally interacts with devotees, listens to their suggestions, and receives feedback.
Devotees can call 0877-2263261 to speak directly to the EO and share their views.
Feedback through e-Mail
Devotees can also send their opinions and suggestions to TTD senior officials via email to help improve the quality of services further.
Taking into account all the opinions, suggestions, and recommendations received from devotees through various channels, TTD is committed to enhancing the quality of services and ensuring a better experience for the large number of visiting pilgrims.
