The ceremony was conducted near the Bangaru Vakili in accordance with Agama traditions, wherein the temple priests, Tirumala Pontiffs, and some TTD Board members and officials participated.
The Utsava deities of Sri Malayappa Swamy, along with His Consorts Sri and Bhu Devis, Vishwaksena, were seated facing Garudalwar Sannidhi, where the Asthanam rituals were conducted.
Special pujas were performed to the deities, followed by Karpoora Harati and prasada was offered.
