KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 08, 2025: Sri Laxminarayana kalyanotsavam was celebrated with religious fervour on the auspicious Bheeshma Ekadasi celebrations at Mayuragiri Peetam Sri Nilayam in Tirumalanagar of Karimnagar town on Saturday.
The festivities were conducted under the supervision of Peetadhipathi, Jyothisya Vasthu and Agama Sastra priest Namilikonda Ramana Chary Swamy by conducting special puja rituals, abhishekhams and archanas. Devotees from various parts of the district participated in the Sahasranama parayanam, Hanuman chalisa parayanam and others Vedic hymns.
Amid the chanting of Vedic hymns, the Kalyanotsavam albeit the celestial wedding of Sri Laxminarayana would conducted with all traditions and gaiety. Priests Ramakrishnama charyulu, Vivek Swamy, Vinay Swamy, Ramesh Swamy and others participated. Sri Rama Seva Tharangini trust members distributed prasadams to the devotees.
