NIZAMABAD, JULY 03, 2024: The Nizamabad Prohibition and Excise Enforcement team on Wednesday arrested two persons and seized ganja weighing 6.104 kilograms, two two-wheelers, three mobile phones and Rs 10,900 cash from their possession in Nizamabad town.
According to Enforcement Assistant Commissioner Somireddy, on reliable information about illegal sales and transportation of ganja at the road leading to Krishna mandir to bypass in Nizamabad town, the Enforcement team waylaid and nabbed the accused persons Irfan Khan and Mohammad Younus alias Rijwan both hailing from Nizamabad town. The arrested persons along with the seized contraband handed over to the Nizamabad Excise station for further investigation.
