
Additional EO issues guidelines to deputed TTD employees and police for Vaikunta Dwara Darshan duties
TIRUMALA, DECEMBER 28, 2025: Additional Executive Officer of TTD Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary has stated that everyone should work with dedication as a team to ensure that the pilgrims visiting the Tirumala Srivari Temple from December 30 to January 08 for the prestigious Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan experience a truly divine and fulfilling darshan of the Sri Venkateshwara.
He was addressing TTD employees and police personnel who are deputed for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan duties at an orientation meeting held on Sunday evening at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that this year certain procedural changes have been introduced in the allotment of tokens for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan.
He instructed the staff deployed for darshan duties to thoroughly understand the system, work in close coordination, and perform their responsibilities with round-the-clock alertness to ensure that pilgrims do not face any inconvenience.
He further stated that state-of-the-art AI technology is used for the first time in view of pilgrim safety and crowd management.
Through this technology, real-time monitoring of pilgrims and vehicle movement is being carried out. IT experts from TTD, Police, and Vigilance departments are working in coordination to continuously update pilgrim-related information, which will be displayed at the Integrated AI Command Control Centre located at Vaikuntham Queue Complex-1, he maintained.
He emphasized that everyone should strive to build a risk-free and hassle-free system for the benefit of pilgrims visiting Tirumala in the future.
The meeting was attended by TTD JEO Veerabrahmam, CVSO Murali Krishna, Tirupati District SP L Subbarayudu, DFO Phanikumar Naidu and other senior TTD officials, police officers, and staff.
