WARANGAL, FEBRUARY 11, 2026: The inaugural session presided over by Prof. G. Srinivas, Principal, who emphasised the importance of Tally and GST skills in today’s competitive environment. He stated that practical knowledge in accounting software is essential for improving employability and urged students to focus on skill-based learning to strengthen their career prospects.
Addressing the gathering, A. Anil Kumar, TSKC Coordinator & Placement Officer, explained that students trained in Tally and GST can secure roles such as Accounts Executive, Junior Accountant, GST Executive, Finance Process Associate, Billing Executive, and Audit Assistant. He highlighted that leading companies including TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Genpact, and Capgemini, recruit commerce graduates for finance and accounting roles. He further stated that Chartered Accountant firms, GST consultancies, MSMEs, manufacturing, trading, and service organisations continuously hire Tally-trained students as GST compliance is mandatory for all registered businesses.
The programme witnessed the presence and support of Vice Principals Rajani Latha Madam and Rajashekar, along with faculty members Srinath, Sreekanth, J. Chinna, Venkanna, G.K. Kumar, Gangishetti, Naveen, Vinay, and Vandana. TASK Trainer Mr. Ramakrishna conducted the training sessions and provided practical exposure in Tally and GST applications.
A large number of B.Com and BBA students actively participated in the program. The initiative successfully strengthened industry-relevant accounting skills and reinforced the college’s commitment to enhancing employability and career readiness among commerce students.
