RAMAGUNDAM, NOVEMBER 01, 2026: The Red Dragon Karate Institute (RDKI) successfully conducted a Kumite and Referee Seminar on Sunday (November 1, 2026) at Vishwa Bharathi High School, Ramagundam, with the objective of enhancing students’ karate skills, competition knowledge, and understanding of international refereeing standards.
The seminar was organised under the guidance of Chief Guest Shihan K. Mondaiah, Founder of Red Dragon Karate Institute and Black Belt 8th Dan. The technical sessions were conducted by experienced instructors Sensei Amruth Sai, Sensei Charan Teja, and Sensei Shravya. The sessions focused on Kumite techniques, fighting strategies, competition rules, referee responsibilities, judging criteria, and practical demonstrations.
The programme was graced by the presence of PD Jyotsna, NCC First Officer, Sacred Heart High School, whose presence added further significance to the occasion.
The seminar provided participants with valuable practical exposure and an opportunity to improve their technical knowledge, discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship. Special emphasis was placed on developing competent referees and preparing karate practitioners to participate in competitions with a better understanding of rules and regulations.
