KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 24, 2026: Alphores Educational Institutions Chairman V Narender Reddy has announced the launch of an International School with the Western Australian curriculum, in line with parents’ interests.
He said that the government approval process in this regard has already reached the final stage and classes will be conducted with West Australian curriculum from Nursery to Class II from the coming academic year onwards.
Calling upon the parents not to pressurise the students for marks, he informed the parents to encourage students in the field of CLAT, CA, Agriculture, Sports along with IIT, Medicine etc. He promised to further modernise the infrastructure, digital boards and laboratories in Alphores educational institutions.
Mr Narender Reddy visited Western Australia from October 17 to 22 and toured various universities and schools along with 12 educators from various states of the country and reviewed the education policy, curriculum and employment opportunities in Australia.
Talking to newsmen after returning from Australia on Saturday, Mr Reddy said that the Indian education system is a world leader in academics and stressed the need to make progress in skill-based education. Stating that the Indian education system is focusing more on producing software engineers, doctors and other professionals, he said that the country was lagging in technical, vocational and skill-based courses. Even for small technical tasks, there is a situation of dependence on others, he stated.
In Australia, apart from BiPC, MPC, CEC, MEC, Veterinary, Arts, Music, Sports and all other fields are given equal importance, he noted. He said that there is a single education system from nursery to class 12 and in the middle, 50 per cent marks are allocated for internal exams without the pressure of board exams in Australia.
Even in Telangana state, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has given clarity on the issue of merging the junior college at the school level. This policy will be very beneficial, he stated and added that from Class 8 onwards, students have the freedom to choose subjects of their choice (Business Management, Economics, Agricultural Science, Sports) etc.
