KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 09, 2026: Three teachers from Karimnagar district participated in a four-day training programme on educational content development for the Pradhan Mantri e-Vidya DTH channels, organised in Hyderabad in collaboration with T-SAT at T-Hub.
The programme was conducted under the aegis of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and the Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), with a focus on developing quality digital learning resources for educational television channels.
The teachers who participated in the training were Vinayadhar Raju of ZPHS Mudimanikyam, Chigurumamidi mandal; M.D. Shareef Ahmed of ZPHS Mallapur, Timmapur mandal; and Syed Irshad Ali of Model School, Chigurumamidi.
During the four-day programme, the teachers received training in educational content development, digital teaching resources and the preparation of engaging video lessons to make classroom learning more effective and accessible to students.
After successfully completing the training, the teachers were felicitated and presented with certificates by Gajarla Ramesh, Director of SCERT Telangana. On the occasion, he appreciated the teachers for their outstanding services to the education sector and praised their dedication to improving the quality of education through the effective use of technology. He also highlighted the important role of teachers in developing digital educational resources for students.
Following the training, the teachers are expected to develop quality educational content for the PM e-Vidya channels, contributing to technology-enabled teaching and learning across the country.
The participation of three teachers from Karimnagar district in this specialised training programme has brought recognition to the district. Education officials and fellow teachers expressed happiness over their selection and congratulated them on their achievement.
