KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 02, 2026: On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, a philanthropist, Gorithyala Ashok, has felicitated the 15 sanitation workers of 41 municipal division to recognise and honour the invaluable contributions of the workers in the division of Karimnagar town on Friday.
Eminent Physician Dr Raghu Raman, who was the chief guest of the programme, felicitated the sanitation workers. On this occasion, he said cleanliness was next to godliness, a value espoused by Mahatma Gandhi, and that it was the collective responsibility of everyone to carry forward his legacy of sanitation. He urged everyone to work together to ensure that Karimnagar City was clean and tidy. Gorithyala Srinivas and others were also present.
