
TIRUMALA, SEPTEMBER 20, 2026: On the sixth day of the ongoing Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams at Tirumala, Sri Malayappa Swamy appeared before the devotees in the Alankaram of Sri Kodandarama Swamy atop the Hanumantha Vahana on Sunday.
With majestic elephants leading the procession, the Hanumantha Vahana Seva proceeded in a grand and spiritually charged atmosphere amidst bhajans and kolatams by groups of devotees, the divine chanting of the Jeeyangars and the auspicious sonics of Mangala Vaidyams.
A large number of devotees gathered along the four Mada Streets had the divine darshan of the deities.
Hanumantha Vahana – Symbol of Devotion and Spirit of Service:
The divine relationship between Sri Rama and Hanuman represents the harmonious blend of devotion, knowledge and the spirit of service.

It is a spiritual belief that having the darshan of Kodandarama atop the Hanumantha Vahana inspires devotees to deepen their devotion toward the deity, commitment to righteousness and spirit of surrender.
The vahana seva was attended by Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy of Tirumala, TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu, TTD EO Sri Muddada Ravichandra, several Board Members, Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, CVSO Sri Muralikrishna, and others.
