KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 15, 2026: Manair High School students emerge victorious at the 70th School Games Federation Karimnagar Urban Kabaddi championship conducted by Manair CBSE School in Padmanagar, Karimnagar town.
In the under-14 boys’ competition, Manair High School emerged as the winner and Laurel High School as runners-up. In the U-14 girls category, MJP Sharmanagar were winners and Paramita High School, Mankammathota, runners-up.
In the U-17 boys category, the winners were students of Vani Nikethan High School and runners up Siddartha High School, Mankammathota. In the U-17 girls category, the winners were KGBV and the runners-up were Paramita High School in Mankammathota. The winners of district-level competitions were selected for the state-level Kabaddi competitions.
On this occasion, Manair Educational Institutions chairman Kadari Anantha Reddy distributed trophies and medals on Tuesday. He said that the institution was ready to host state- and national-level SGF competitions. A total of 2,500 students from 60 schools from Karimnagar urban participated in the competitions.
SGF Urban Secretary A Shankraiah, Private PETs Association President B Sridhar Goud, Secretary Daram Gautam Reddy, Treasurer K Anup Kumar, S Mahender, Linga Rao, Sridhar Reddy, Arjun, Vinay, Chiranjeevi, Ajay, Swamy, Mahesh, Srinivas, Sai and others were also present.
