TIRUMALA, SEPTEMBER 07, 2026:Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath Offers Prayers at Tirumala on Monday evening. The UP CM offered prayers in the sacred hill shrine of Sri Venkateswara Swamy through the Vaikuntham Queue Complex.
After Darshan, he was offered Vedaseervachanam in the Ranganayakula Mandapam by Vedic Scholars. Later, he was offered Theertha Prasadams of Srivaru by the TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary.
Speaking on the occasion, he said he prayed to Sri Venkateswara, the incarnation of Sri Maha Vishnu, to bestow His benign blessings on AP, UP and the entire country.
He complimented TTD for efficient pilgrim management, cleanliness and upkeep of the spiritual atmosphere at Tirumala.
The UP CM also expressed his immense pleasure at having darshan of Sri Sita Lakshmana sameta Sri Ramachandra Swamy Utsava deities owing to Punarvasu Nakshatram, a system established by Saint Sri Ramanujacharya, over 1000 years ago. ”Along with Sri Venkateswara, I had the privilege of the divine Darshan of Sri Maryada Purushottam today”, he maintained.
Both the Pontiffs of Tirumala, one of the Chief Priests of the temple, Sri Venugopala Deekshitulu, were also present during the procession.
The dignitaries who accompanied the UP CM included AP Minister Sri Narayana, AP BJP Chief Sri Madhav, TTD Board Member Sri Bhanuprakash Reddy and others.
Among others TTD cvso Sri Muralikrishna, Tirupati SP Sri Subbarayudu, DyEO Sri Bhaskar and others were also present.
