RAMAGUNDAM, AUGUST 28, 2026: Plant-Level NTPC Open Competition for Executive Talent (NOCET 2026) was successfully conducted at the EDC Millennium Hall, NTPC Ramagundam, on Friday, providing a vibrant platform for employees to showcase their knowledge, creativity and innovative thinking.
A total of nine teams participated in the competition and presented insightful ideas on diverse topics, reflecting their analytical abilities and commitment towards organisational excellence.
Team “Paryavaran” emerged as the Winner of Plant-Level NOCET 2026 and will represent NTPC Ramagundam at the upcoming Regional Level NOCET 2026.
The Opening and Closing Ceremonies were chaired by Shri Chandan Kumar Samanta, ED (R&T), in the presence of GMs and senior officials. The winning team and all participating teams were felicitated in recognition of their enthusiasm, creativity and valuable contributions.
The event reaffirmed NTPC’s commitment to fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, innovation and continuous learning, while encouraging employees to actively contribute towards excellence and organisational growth.
