Distributes 40 dual desk benches to ZPHS Jyothinagar
RAMAGUNDAM, AUGUST 21, 2026: NTPC Ramagundam & Telangana continue to support the holistic development of students through initiatives aimed at strengthening education, health and self-confidence among young learners.
As part of the initiative, 40 dual desk benches were distributed to Zilla Parishad High School, Jyothinagar, to provide students with a more comfortable and conducive learning environment.
A three-month Yoga and Self-Defence Training Programme was also inaugurated in the esteemed presence of Smt. Rakhi Samanta, President, Deepthi Mahila Samithi. The programme is designed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, discipline and self-confidence among girl students.

To encourage active participation, yoga mats, T-shirts and track pants were distributed to girl students of Classes VIII and IX. The initiative reflects NTPC’s continued commitment towards empowering students and fostering a healthy, confident and supportive learning environment.
