Velichala Rajender Rao’s wife Rekha files two sets of nomination papers
KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 24, 2024: In a surprise move, supporters of Mulkanoor cooperative bank chairman and former Husnabad legislator Algireddy Praveen Reddy have filed a set of nomination papers from Karimnagar parliament constituency on his behalf in Karimnagar town on Wednesday.
Praveen Reddy’s supporters led by Manga Ramachandram and others submitted the nomination papers to the returning officer and Collector Pamela Satpathy.
On the other hand, Congress leader Velichala Rajender Rao’s wife Velichala Rekha also filed two sets of nomination papers from the Karimnagar parliament constituency. It may be recalled that Mr Velichala Rajender Rao along with Minister for Transport Ponnam Prabhakar, Congress legislators and others filed the nomination papers from Karimnagar parliament constituency on Monday with much pomp and gaiety.
